One2one Mentoring

Thirty entrepreneurs who have registered to the E!nnoVest program will be provided with the opportunity to receive support from the EBN Coaches listed below. Specifically, 4 hours coaching sessions will be offered to all selected entrepreneurs with the aim of discussing and reviewing the business development issues which are at the heart of the specific business goals of the Eureka entrepreneur. One-to-one coaching has the aim of increasing the profitability of the companies increasing therefore the likelihood of long-term sustainability, rendering it more attractive to its customer base and to potential investors. Coaching will focus therefore on many issues (that will be identified by the entrepreneur and the paired coach), among which (but not exclusively):

The company's value propositions

The customer segmentation

The Business model

Strategic partnering

Resourcing and sales

EBN will ensure the adequate pairing of the entrepreneurs with the coaches. As a general rule, geographical and sectoral criteria will be followed, however specific company issues will be take into consideration when selecting the appropriate coaches.

Coaching sessions can be physical, if convenient, or online through specific online conferencing tools.

  The selected entrepreneurs will receive an email from EBN with the introduction to the selected coach with clear instructions on the modalities to access and make the best use of the coaching sessions. 

One2One Mentoring for Scaling-Up Enterpreneurs

5 selected EUREKA companies will be offered the opportunity to benefit from 4 hours of One2One dedicated mentoring with seasoned business angels. The target companies are “Scaling-Up” EUREKA’s High-Tech Entrepreneurs and making them “business-ready”.

One company/project is chosen at each Venture Academy as being the most likely to strike a “transformational deal”. Business Angels will mentor those entrepreneurs/projects towards achieving that goal.  The “transformational deal” could have as its object, either a product, service, process, or IP.

These business angels will be chosen by EBAN depending on the geographical region of the selected company, the aim being to offer face-to-face mentoring and avoiding traveling costs for the company.
