Tech Tour Photonics 2025 in Berlin Showcases Europe’s Brightest Photonics Innovators

Tech Tour Photonics 2025 was held on 9 and 10 October in Berlin as part of Photonics Days 2025. Over two days, the event brought together 30+ startups and 40+ investors, facilitating over 80 one-to-one meetings that sparked new partnerships and investment conversations. The programme showcased Europe’s most promising photonics and photonics-enabled ventures through multiple pitching sessions.

The two-day event featured discussions on how photonics innovation drives quantum, what investors want in strategic photonics trends, and a fireside chat. The strength of Europe’s photonics ecosystem shone through in the innovative pitches and visionary conversations that defined this edition.

Eight innovators received Top Presenting Company awards, recognising the quality of their presentations and the clarity with which they showcased the potential of their photonics solutions.
