The Hosts of a Scaling Program work with the Tech Tour team to set a challenge-based innovation scope in which ambitious scale-ups can deliver transformative solutions. Examples are AI for mental & brain health and materials innovation for packaging.

The Tech Tour team works with active investors, corporate partners, and stakeholders to nominate, review, and rank companies in the specific challenge scope. A shortlist of select scale-ups is then invited to join the Scaling Program.

The result is a highly curated cohort of the top scale-ups with the best potential for investment, growth, and societal impact.

Scaling European Deep Tech and Digital Ventures in Sustainable Transport, Logistics, Trade, and Smart Cities​

D2XCEL is a collaborative, pan-European scaling program, bringing together a top-tier industry network of 300+ investors, public and private lead customers, and innovation hubs to support 100 deep tech and digital ventures.

We holistically mentor the selected ventures and connect them with investors, lead customers, and other growth opportunities to strengthen Europe’s leadership and sustainable growth in key sectors.

Tech Tour and PhotonHub Europe are on a mission to fast-track the scale-up of high potential, photonics-driven ventures.​

This member-only Club will select and engage cohorts of select companies who will work with our 30+ technology partners to upscale the technology readiness level (TRL) of their PIC-based solutions.

Companies will also focus on scaling up their market value and reach through accelerated investments, key partnerships, and tailored guidance from board-level experts.

The Club is partially subsidized through the European Commission’s strategic partnership with PhotonHub Europe.
