Tech Tour Ocean 2025: Investor Summary Highlights
Participating investors have contributed in the past to well over €27 billion in total investments.
The Tech Tour Ocean 2025 Investment Programme has brought together a distinguished panel of 35 selection members to identify the most promising companies in the blue economy. The selection panel consists of both active investors and industry experts, applying a collaborative and data-backed methodology to scout and assess companies for the programme.
Key insights
Investor commitment: The investors involved have collectively made 3,099 investments, contributing to more than €27.5 billion in investment volume. Of those with data in Dealroom, 66% are active investors and 34% are industry experts. The panel includes both investment funds and strategic partners with deep sector knowledge.
Extensive co-investment network: The panel is connected to 9,020 related co-investors, significantly broadening the reach and follow-on potential of the programme.

The selected companies will present their solutions at a live event on 22–23 May 2025 in Bodø, Norway. The event includes pitching sessions, one2one meetings, panel discussions, and extensive networking opportunities with top-tier investors and ocean-tech leaders.
