Participating investors have contributed to well over €10 Billion in total investments in the past.
The Tech Tour Sustainable Construction 2024 Investment Program aims to foster meaningful connections, strategic partnerships, and (co-)investments within the construction sector. A Selection Panel of more than 40 active investors selected 29 promising companies developing innovative technologies across design, construction, materials, and infrastructure. These companies were chosen from a large pool of applicants through a collaborative scouting and review process. See the selected companies below.

Investor commitment: The participating investors have collectively made 1,613 investments in the past, contributing to a total of €10.2 Billion. These investors consist of 66% investment funds and 34% corporate investors.
Top countries by selected companies: The selection spans across Europe, with Switzerland leading with 14 companies, followed by Germany with 3, and the United Kingdom and Spain with 2 each.
Most represented subsectors: The companies are distributed across various subsectors, with real estate accounting for 62%. Energy represents 14% of the selected companies and enterprise software comprising 10%.

The selected companies will present their groundbreaking technologies at Tech Tour Sustainable Construction 2024 event on 16-17 October 2024 in Lausanne, Switzerland. The event is hosted by the Canton of Vaud and partnered with FUSTIC, the Better Building Initiative and Unlimitrust Campus.
