Charity is currently the Vice President for Care Model Innovation at Medtronic.

Charity has a significant background in business development and strategy, exemplified by her eight-year tenure as Vice President of Business Development & Strategy in EMEA for Medtronic. During her time there, she was responsible for strategy, sourcing new business opportunities and handling regional M&A activities such as partnerships, acquisitions, divestitures, and minority investments. She has a particular interest in technology and business model innovation.

Prior to joining Medtronic in 2015, Charity served in a senior business development role at GE Healthcare. She successfully closed multiple acquisitions across the US, Europe, and Asia, contributing over $300M in revenue to the company.

Earlier in her career, Charity worked as an investment banker for both Dresdner Kleinwort and SG Cowen, where she provided M&A advice to leading technology companies and private equity firms. Charity holds a B.A., Political Science with International Studies from Yale University.
