Sebastien is the Managing Director, Venture Digital Health at LBO France.

Sebastien joined LBO France in 2018 bringing 15 years of international experience in the healthcare sector. In his role as Managing Director, Sebastien has invested in several Digital Health start-ups including Tribun Health, Antidote and Incepto and now serves as board member. He started his career in the healthcare public sector (French Ministry of Health and Paris University Hospitals General directorate). In 2010, Sebastien joined the home healthcare industry (Orkyn', Air Liquide Healthcare) as Medical Director and then moving on to be Business Unit Director. Most recently he was Chronic Care Management Program Director and General Manager of CDM e-Health within Air Liquide Healthcare.

Sebastien holds a Medical Degree from the University of Versailles-Saint Quentin in France and also a Doctoral Degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the USA. He was trained in health economics, policy and management at Harvard School of Public Health, at the London School of Economics and at Paris-Dauphine. Sebastien is the author of several articles and books on health care management and organization.
